This package of 3 60-minute sessions* is designed to explore and pinpoint the perfect match for your skills and interests.

You'll share your resume, 2-3 job postings that interest you, plus complete a few online career exercises.

Your package will include:

1. Customized assistance to develop 4-6 recommendations of green career paths that match your education, career interests, skills, and experience. This will be developed into a Google spreadsheet with a sample job posting or example of a professional working in this field.
   
   
2. Recommendations of professionals in your field to conduct informational interviews with to learn more about that career path/breaking into that field plus guidance on how you can identify additional professionals in these fields to reach out and speak with.
   
   
3. Two 60-minute sessions to go over assessment results and discuss green career options, (what do these roles entail, what skills and education are required, how closely you are a fit today, and what you need to do to be more competitive for these roles) plus how to conduct additional research to ultimately identify your top 1-2 green career paths.
   
   
4. One 60-minute follow-up session to discuss the outcome of your career direction research (your top 1-2 green career paths) and your next steps.
